Website Maintenance - Monthly Plan

It is important to keep your WordPress website software up to date. We will manage updates for WordPress, WooCommerce* and any FREE themes, plugins you have. We provide full website backup – daily, saved offsite to our cloud. Updates will be made as and when available by the software vendors or developers. We restore a full backup for you in the event of an emergency.

If we built your website, then updates for any licensed software we used will be included. For other software licenses please see below**.

Per month, renews every month from the date of purchase until cancelled.

Terms and Conditions

500mb maximum size per backup. For large websites please email for a quotation
Compatibility – a website host test is required to make sure your host is compatible with Backup Buddy.

*PHP server updates, depending on your host and their compatitibility.

**Does not include premium WooCommerce extensions. **For any Premium plugins and themes not installed by Mackie North Ltd, then an active license must be purchased by the client. For websites with bespoke development, widgets or plugins are not covered in this plan, for more information please email us.

For product updates you must have an active maintenance plan with Mackie North Ltd. We will update WordPress core and any FREE themes or plugins. We will update the following premium themes and plugins: Generate Press and Elementor PRO, the licence is per single domain name and non-transferable.

For any premium plugins and themes not installed by Mackie North Ltd, then an active license must be purchased by the client. We will update the FREE version WooCommerce. This plan does not include premium WooCommerce extensions, please email us for a quotation. Backup file size 500mb maximum per backup, per domain name, for larger websites please email us for a quotation. Contract subject to a website host test, required to make sure out system are compatible with you host.

We aim to reply to support requests within 24 hours but can normally reply sooner. Plan includes support on how to manage you’re WordPress websites. How to add, setup and edit WooCommerce products. To make changes to existing WooCommerce settings. Part support with payment gateways please refer to their support teams first.

Support using any custom-built parts of WordPress built by Mackie North Ltd.

Warranty and Liability

Mackie North Ltd does not provide any warranty or guarantee for 3rd party components, plugins or web browsers. Should an issue arise we will either restore a previous website backup or debug the website based on a quotation to repair the website.

Refunds and Cancellation

You have up to one (1) day from the day of purchase to request a refund as per our guarantee. Refund requests must be given via email which must include your full name and order number. Upon requesting a refund, please note, it can take up to 3 business days for us to complete that request. Cancellation of maintenance contract can be issued to anytime before the next monthly recurring payment is due. No refund is available for cancellation during the current maintenance month.

Acceptance of terms

The action of the sending and receipt of this agreement via electronic method will hold both parties in acceptance of these terms. Mackie North Ltd as sender and the client as recipient
